WHY THIS WORKSHOP? WHY NOW?
It’s good advice, but it's not enough.
WHEN THE STORM HITS
Stress disconnects us from the very things that keep us steady.
Perspective narrows.
Urgency takes over.
Everything feels ours to solve alone.
THIS WORKSHOP OFFERS ANOTHER WAY
Together, we’ll explore resilience as something relational.
Meet reality honestly.
Return to yourself.
Root into community.
Part workshop, part meaning-making, and part collective problem-solving,
this is a live, deeply human experience we create together.
Bring one real “storm” from your own life: a decision, transition, relationship, professional challenge, or persistent question.
You’ll apply a new model of resilience to what you’re actually facing, find a clearer next step, and experience what can shift when you navigate it alongside others.
Because none of us stays rooted alone.
In the room together

Bring one real challenge, decision, or transition.
Notice what may be shaping how you’re meeting it.
See your situation through a fresh lens.
Reflect, listen, and discover what shifts in the room.
Leave with one meaningful action for the days ahead.
Stay afterward for an optional 30-minute Q&A and live problem-solving.
Participate aloud, in chat, or through private reflection.
A way to find your footing
A new three-part framework for navigating life’s storms, centered on how you relate to reality, yourself, and community.
A PDF guide you can return to when the next storm arrives, with the tools and questions we explore together.
At least one new connection made through the shared experience in the room.
A stronger sense of rootedness, with a realistic next step for the challenge you brought.

Meet your guide
Katya Davydova is an ICF-certified executive coach, keynote and TEDx speaker, and leadership facilitator. Over the past decade, she has led 800+ workshops and reached 7,500+ leaders through her work with organizations like Google, Netflix, Instacart, and e.l.f.
After years of working with thoughtful, capable leaders, Katya noticed a recurring gap. Many people know what helps them live and lead well, yet struggle to reach for those practices when life gets stormy. Drawing on behavior-change science, global wisdom traditions, and her experience of guiding people through moments of uncertainty, Katya created this workshop to explore how we relate to the storms we face—and how we can stay rooted within them.
